How we work
We are in the business of helping our clients to plan their finances with the aim of meeting their future objectives. More often than not, our start point is to spend time with you, discussing your situation to help clarify your thinking. Once the objectives are clear, we can set about creating a written plan which will include our recommendations on the options we think you should consider.
In terms of how we get paid for our services, we believe in total transparency. Our initial discussions will be free of charge and without obligation. Where further advice is deemed necessary, we will present our fee or commission options up front and with total clarity.
As part of our recommendations, we are required to issue you with certain forms and documents. Our advisers will explain these to you and the reasons why we must use them.
