If I use Hampton Dean - what can I expect?
You might want to start by having a preliminary telephone conversation with one of our advisers. We won't charge for this and you can get a sense of whether Hampton Dean is the right adviser for you.
If your need is straightforward, we may be able to take sufficient information over the telephone to deal with your enquiry at one meeting having done some background work first.
However, our normal way of working is to organise a face to face meeting where we will complete a 'factfind' document designed to get a full picture of your current situation and a clear view of your objectives for the future. By the end of this meeting, there will be agreement on any work that needs doing and the way in which you want to pay for that work to be done.
We will then work on your case. This can involve a wide range of activities such as requesting information from your existing plan providers or producing a written report on our recommendations for your consideration.
We will then arrange another face to face meeting to discuss our findings and to start the process of implementing the agreed plan. Subsequent meetings will see that plan brought to a conclusion.
Hampton Dean are in the business of building long term relationships with our clients. Beyond the initial work, we will agree a servicing strategy to make sure you remain on the right track.
